You’ll discover delicious craft beers in our shop, all from independent breweries, many of which are sourced locally in the Île-de-France region.
We also propose a selection of glassware, personalized gift boxes, home brewing kits, t-shirts, and gift cards.
Don’t forget to check out our coming events : we often host meet & greet tastings with our breweries, as well as our famous beer & cheese pairing workshops.

We have always been passionate about living well, spending time with friends, and sharing new discoveries.
We’ve been drinking beer together since our very first date. Back then, Pierre already had a deep appreciation for classic Belgian brews, and Jaclyn with a love for American micro-breweries.
United by our common enthousiasm for good beer, we started to explore the excellent French brewing scene that was starting to unfold before us, and to meet the people dedicated to making these exquisite beers.
Having a good relationship with our brewers, as well as insisting on choosing independent breweries are important values that form the core of why we do what we do. It’s not just beer : it’s good beer from good people.
From these hoppy foundations spring our own history, and Biérocratie’s as well.

The bag!
Thanks to the Sacherie Parisienne, we now propose a reusable bag to take your beers out and about in!!
Perfect for taking your beers home or for taking them for a picnic lunch, they come in two sizes : one for 6 bottles or cans in 33cl or 44cl, the other for 4 bottles in 75cl. Plus, they’re isothermal, so everything will stay nice and cold!

Every first Thursday of the month, from 8pm to 9:30pm, we present a beer and cheese workshop featuring 4 pairings.
The concept : cheeses from the famous Quatrehomme shop (our fantastic neighbors) + beers selected especially for each cheese = a really delicious, unforgettable experience.
